It’s a bit stupid that Staples calculates the full amount of the GCs, including the fee when calculating the max $1,000 purchase of GCs, even though the grand total is not over the $1,000 limit.
So we need to do $800 at a time.

This definitely works for Amazon gift cards! It’s a better idea to purchase a Amazon gift card and then use that gift card for whatever ur buying. That way if u return the credit goes to ur Amazon gift card balance and u don’t need to hold on to the gift card for ur credit which can get complicating if u throw it out.

I must not be understanding something so basic, I do not see how to spend this. Meaning i almost monthly max out on the office max physical gift cards, because then you can use them wherever you swipe, but I do not see how to spend these, besides getting an amazon gift card (where my amazon account already gives me 5% off). I must be missing something.
